General

Causes an additional console acknowledgement response ("console Ack") to be required when emergency mode is radio-user initiated. When an emergency alarm has been sent (see the Emergency Operation field), the radio always requires an acknowledgement from the Fixed Network Equipment (FNE); this feature requires an additional console Ack to be required from the dispatch / console application.
